We currently provide services to hospital systems throughout the United States. We have Radiologists licensed in all 50 states. Helios is engaged when Hospitals and Facilities have their Teleradiology contracts unexpectedly terminated, and they need a partner to provide services to keep their Emergency Room doors open as well as when potential Customers are in search of a partner that will provide exceptional service. After being in operation for 3 years, it was decided to focus on branding and marketing and with that initiative, IMBRO is now known as Helios-Radiology. While IMBRO Diagnostic Partners, LLC is still the legal entity, Helios-Radiology better captures who we are in a name.
